attentive staff professional staff excellent comfort highway noise inconsistent housekeeping room button
the staff was attentive and professional. the food was wonderful at sotogrande. our accommodations had excellent room amenities and overall comfort.
Our room wasn't ready until after check-in. the suite faced the highway. It was quite loud. housekeeping was inconsistent at first. We needed to press a button for service.
